I have spent nearly three decades in technology, most of it at the point where startups, corporates and governments meet. The work has taken me through healthcare, government, education, banking and NBFCs, manufacturing, defence, aerospace, pharma, supply chain, high-performance computing, multimedia and events — first as an operator, then as a founder, and increasingly as a builder of the platforms on which others grow.

I co-founded MIBS and ran it as COO. There we became the first startup in the world to ship a certified SAP HANA product: a healthcare supply-chain solution built for real-time visibility. I am also Co-Founder and CEO of Jaatre Technologies, which builds technology products and platforms, including Jaatre.Live.

For the Government of Karnataka, I curated Elevate 100, which grew into the State's largest initiative for startups: over 750 applications, 250 shortlisted to pitch before a grand jury, and a final hundred backed with grants and support. From its inception, I helped build the Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) into a brand, bringing together industry, countries, the State, R&D labs, academia, GCCs and global enterprises. In January 2018, I curated and executed the Department of IT & BT's 24-hour blockchain hackathon, then the largest of its kind in India.

Along the way I have built lasting relationships with corporates, governments in India and abroad, industry associations, consulates and the people who shape the ecosystem. I have also led and mentored high-performing teams through channel sales, business development and go-to-market strategy in some of the most competitive markets there are.

What ties all of it together is a conviction: the quality of an organisation is set by the quality of thinking behind its decisions. That conviction became The ManasWay. I live and work in Bengaluru.
