How this site handles your information.

A plain-language summary of what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated: October 2026.

Who runs this site

mohanram.in is run by Mohanram PV in Bengaluru, India. You can reach me at mohanpv@live.com about anything on this page.

What I collect

Messages you send. If you use the contact form, I receive your name, company, email address and message. If you share your thoughts on a ManasWay edition, I receive what you write and, if you add them, your name and email. If you subscribe, I receive your email address. I use these only to reply to you and, for subscribers, to send The ManasWay.

How the site is used. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records which pages are read, roughly where in the world visitors are, the type of device and browser, and actions such as shares and form submissions. It uses cookies to do this. If you decline, analytics is not loaded.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions, and may keep technical logs such as IP addresses for security. Google provides analytics, only if you accept. I do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Some pages embed a presentation hosted by presentations.ai. It loads only after you click Load the presentation, and presentations.ai may then set its own cookies.

How long I keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Subscribers stay on the list until they ask to be removed. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in my Google Analytics account.

Your choices

You can change your analytics choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also ask me to show you, correct or delete what I hold about you, or to remove you from the mailing list, by emailing mohanpv@live.com.

Changes

If I change how the site handles information, I will update this page and its date.
