Mystery Girl

English · 18 lines

Illustration for the poem Mystery Girl

The day I saw you passing by,
I felt my heart beating high,
Chirping birds were back to nest
Setting of dusk was at its best.

You looked like an angel without any fear
Time stood still as you came near.
I saw the naughty twinkle in your eye
Me and my thoughts melted like a pie.

Swaying of your hair from here to there,
Spread the fragrance into the thin air.
Moist and soft were your pink lips
Short of experience, I need some tips.

Sun was down, painting sky red
you had just crossed me and I dropped dead.
Angel had descended out of the blue,
as I was back to life without any clue.

A day will arise to see you soon,
If not here we will unite on the moon.
