Your Basket

Start your day with an empty basket,
every positive action of yours is a jewel in the casket.
Be wise and choosy with what you want to add,
anger and hatred are heavy and make you feel sad.
No matter what may come, take it in your stride,
you are the owner of your basket with joy and pride.
You've choices around you of what you choose and pick,
Keep adding it to your basket that make you feel good and not sick.
